My top piece advice would be advice I was given, and that is: You are the average of the five people you associate with most. Putting yourself in the position of mentor, what would your top piece of advice be for people who want to achieve more? Just choose one or two things to test each week you don't have to do everything at once. But people don't need to incorporate a lot it's more like a choose-your-adventure buffet of options. They don't simply say, "This is the answer to your question." Instead, they say, "I can't give you the answer to that question, because it depends on many other factors, but if I were in your shoes, here's how I might think about that question." In doing so, they give you a toolkit that is much more powerful, because they're not hand-feeding you they're teaching you how to fish. I would also say good mentors very often don't just give you answers.
